Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Cancellation policies apply as follow:
- In January, February, March, November and December: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay.
- In April, May and October: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay.
- In July, August and September: the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay at the time of booking.

During fare periods, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount of the booking at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, early check-out or a cancellation made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the booking.
